Are domain names soooo important?

A lot of friends and customers are contacting me, because there is a renaissance around the value of domains.

I honestly believe, that these stories are rare and seldom.

If you do not get your hands on a generic domains like "real-estate.com", do not bother too much. Choose a domain name, that your customers can type in within a few seconds (everything below 9 characters, you can actually SPEAK is my ballpark, like egalilu.com is fine)...

The domain name is not bringing in so much traffic, if you choose something like "verynicewidgets". Nobody will type that in!

So, if you register a new domain for your cool business, take a short one, but do not be to complicated about that!
