Every 3 to 3.5 months, google updates its famous Pagerank value, which you can see, if you enable it in the Google toolbar. Yet not so important for high ranking as many think, it is still a good indicator, if you site has the POTENTIAL to rank high.

Google started the publishing of the updated pagerank from their backend. The pagerank is now visible in your Google Toolbar and the pages (as it seems) should be older than the 4th of April, or better: the links to the pages should be older than that. The toolbar PageRank value seems to be updated in a more or less 3 month cycle...

Do not get too obsessed with it, but monitoring gives you some hints!
